What are the current rent prices in Dubai Marina?

As of late 2023, rent prices in Dubai Marina range from AED 6,000 for a studio to AED 20,000 for a three-bedroom apartment. Having lived in Marina for a couple of years, I can say it's worth the investment for its stunning views and proximity to attractions, but be prepared for higher prices compared to areas like JVC or Dubai Sports City.
