What are the best hidden gem restaurants in Dubai?

One of my favorites is 'Bu Qtair,' a casual eatery serving fresh seafood right near the beach—dishes start around AED 50. In my six years in Dubai, I’ve also discovered ‘The Sum of Us,’ known for its artisan bread and in-house roasted coffee.
